Day 8 was our first time actually attending the church service here in Thailand. Ashley and Adam shared their walk with God and how that has impacted their lives. After Church we went to the slums of Thailand to hangout with some children and play games and do a couple of fun sketches. It was really inspiring to see how even though the people there are living in despair and poverty they never stop smiling. After the slums we came back to Tops to eat dinner and hangout with the interns that work at the Church here. We also had the opportunity to have a muh needed phone call to our families back home.
On day 9 we went to visit Night Light which is a ministry that helps women that are stuck in sex trafficing and gives them an opportunity to get out of that lifestyle. We had the opportunity to meet with some of the people that are running the ministry and to see their passion and love for helping other people. After visiting Night Light we went to Bobby's house (One of the leaders for the church here) to relax, eat dinner, and play a few games.
Thank you again for taking time out of your day to read these posts! We are very grateful and very blessed to have your thoughts and prayers.

Day five was fun! We spent most of our day at RAM University playing games and having conversations to help the students practice their english. The team that won the talent show that we did had the entire class use their hands to make the sound of rain in the room. After RAM, Adam and Lowell headed over to Kaset University to hang out and play ping pong with the students. When Lowell and Adam finished up ping pong everyone headed to the mall to get supplies and clothes and then headed to bed.
We had a lot of fun on day 6 as well. We played paintball capture the flag with our partners and the Thai students for most of day and got to have some great fellowship as well as welts on our backs. It was very hot but still extremely fun! After shooting paint in the hot sun the team headed to JJ Markets to buy stuff for our supporters and our families (in which we were all very successful). After a long day we headed to the church for a little bit and then to the hotel for a short debrief.

Day two consisted of more training and learning how to approach the Thai students and making the conversation comfortble for them to practice english. Lonnie (one of the Thai partners) shared some of his personal experiences with us and gave us a lot of advice for this trip. We also learned more Thai greetings and phrases that day. Later in the evening we went to a classroom and played games and shared stories with the Thai students. After the class we met up with a few students for dinner in the cafeteria where we had some great fellowship and started to build some friendships. After a long day we headed back to the room where we had a quick debrief of the day to share our strengths and weaknesses.
Day three was our touristy day! We started out the day on a boat heading to the Bhuddist temple of Thailand called Wat Phra Kaew. This temple was a such a big deal to the Thai people that there were a lot of statues and buildings that were printed on their money. After that we headed over to a huge mall with a movie theatre where we watched X-Men with some Thai students. Then to finish off the day, we went to a place called Muu Kra Phraa (Family B-B-Q) which was like a Thai "Melting Pot" where we cooked our own raw meat (chicken, steak, shrimp, etc) on a grill in the middle of the table and it was delicous. After all these incredible adventures the team headed back to the hotel where we got some much needed sleep.
Thanks again for taking the time to read this blog and keeping us in your prayers

Hello! It's so good to see you!
This is our blog (but hopefully you already knew that). This is where I will be describing all the adventures and hardships that God has set out for us to do while we are here in good ol' Bangkok. I hope you enjoy!
Today we went through training and spent a lot of time learning why we are here and our motives for being here. After that we went over to the campus to eat lunch and have fellowship with the students there.
We are currently havig a BBQ with some of the people we met today! The team is very excited and blessed to see the relationships that will blossom from the days we spend with other people.
Thank you for reading! You will hear from us soon. BUH BYE!
