Hi All!

Will write more later ... (just got internet at the hotel, but we need to head to the train ...)

Just a quick note to let you know we had a lovely time in Ostroda at the LOLMD Clinic. All did a wonderful job and it was such a joy to spend time 'fellowshipping' and learning with our Polish friends. We are off to Krakow today and will come back to Warsaw tomorrow.Tuesday, the Bahrs/Stringfields head to Paris and the Branscombes/Woods head to Atlanta. Please pray for safe travel.

Thank you for praying with/for us! We have felt the prayer/grace 'bubble' and are so very grateful for you.

We are in the Air France lounge waiting for our flight to Warsaw! Although we are tired from the flight over, we are in good spirits and are looking forward to arriving in Warsaw in a few hours. Will check back in with y'all later tonight when the rest of the team gets in. (They are flying through Amsterdam and will arrive in Warsaw around 5:00 p.m.)

We are writing to let you know that we will fly to Warsaw, Poland today with a team to help facilitate a Life on Life Missional Discipleship (LOLMD) clinic and to ask if you would be willing to be part of our prayer team? We would be most grateful to have you join us as we go. Information regarding the trip is below:

TRIP PURPOSE:

To facilitate a LOLMD Clinic and to help our partners develop a strategic plan for building a movement of LOLMD in Poland over the next several years.

TEAM: Ken Branscombe (Leader), Weylene Branscombe, Bill Wood, Debby Wood, Dwight Johnson, Virginia Johnson, Ryan Stringfield, Pamela Stringfield, Bill Bahr and Carolyn Bahr

Thursday, August 11 -Leave Atlanta for Warsaw

Specific for today:

The Stringfields and the Bahrs are flying through Paris. The workers at Charles De Gaul airport and Air France are known for losing luggage, going on strike, etc. Please pray that the ministry supplies and our luggage arrives safely,  that the Lord provides upgrades and/or open seats so we can sleep on the plane, and that the strike that is being called for by the air traffic controllers in Germany will not take place and we will make it to Warsaw.

Friday, August 12 -              Arrive in Warsaw, recover from jet lag

Saturday, August 13 -         Drive to Ostr?da, LOLMD Clinic begins

Sunday, August 14 -                        LOLMD Clinic

Monday, August 15 -           LOLMD Clinic

Tuesday, August 16 -          LOLMD Clinic

Wednesday, August 17 -LOLMD Clinic

Thursday, August 18 -LOLMD Clinic

Friday, August 19 -              LOLMD Clinic

Saturday, August 20 -LOLMD Clinic Ends, Debrief with Core Leadership Team, Drive toWarsaw

Sunday, August 21 -                        Take train to Krakow, visit Aushweitz, Johnsons return to U.S.

Monday, August 22 - Return to Warsaw via train

Tuesday, August 23 -          Bahrs/Stringfields go to Paris and the Branscombes/Woods return to Atlanta

Thursday, August 25 - Bahrs/Stringfields return to Atlanta

PRAYER REQUESTS:

1.  Abide (John 15:1-14)That we would abide deeply with Him as we love and serve one another and the nationals

2.  JOY!!!!  - That the joy of the Lord would be our strength! 

3.  Humility (Philippians 2:1-11)  Walk in humility and dependence

4.  Experience Life-On-Life with Poles as we pray, play, facilitate clinic (1 Thessalonians 2:8)
5.  Wisdom and Discernment (Proverbs 2:1-9, 3:1-8) to know how to love, serve, equip well

6.  Health (3 John 1:2)
7.  Endurance (Hebrews 10:36)  Energy and strength
8.  Safety (Psalm 62:6-8)  particularly we travel to and from Warsaw

9.  Unity (Ephesians 4:1-6/John 17)  As we pray, work and serve together
