Journey Name: High School

In a cultural exchange, you can bring value to the budding relationship between our partners at New Life Church and the local public schools in Mumbai. As you're invited into the schools to give moral and ethical talks on topics such as peer pressure, cheating, setting goals, etc., you'll find much in common with the students as they speak English and watch/listen to much of the same things you do! Visit preschools in the slum areas to play with the kids and show them the love of Christ. Think "Slum Dog Millionaire" in 3D!

Passport:

A passport is required. If you don't have one, you should apply for one immediately (visit your post office or online at http://travel.state.gov).

Visa:

A visa is needed for travel to this country. Please pick up the application at your first GO Journey training session.

Journey Support:

GO Journey support covers the international airfare, traveler's insurance, visas, transit, hotels and meals, ministry expenses and all in-country expenses including transportation, lodging, food, translators, and team designated events. It does not cover passports, immunizations, postage, souvenirs, airport parking, hotel incidentals, etc.
