We want to help you along the way in discovering God's call.  Through this process we will help you on a path of engaging in God's mission globally and will lay out the expectations of Perimeter Church for someone who wishes to be sent out and supported by our church.

To begin this process, it is not expected that you are a cultural or spiritual expert or that you have your entire life mapped out. However, we do expect that you be a member in good standing of Perimeter Church for a minimum of 1 year before departing for the field and that you present yourself as open to the Global Outreach Staff speaking truth into your life and affirming God's calling.

As we work with you through a 3-D Deployment process, we hope to identify with you what stage you are currently in and then help you move forward to being a long term kingdom laborer.

We are excited to be a part of this journey with you!

The three deminsions of this deployment process are:

1.     Discover -This phase will help us to get to know one another.  We want to affirm you in the skills, gifts and calling that

                          God has given you.  Likewise, as one being sent by Perimeter Church, we want you to have a solid

                          understanding of and be in support of Perimeter's calling in ministry as a church.

2.     Discern - This  phase will  develop your understanding of cross-cultural ministry as well as your practical ministry skills,

                         through which we will work together to discern God's specific calling.

3.     Decide- This phase will begin to align you with the appropriate sending organization and prepare you to be sent out

                         with the backing of Perimeter Church.
