To empower local churches to build bridges to High School campuses for community transformation.
Vision:
We envision a day when a network of local churches are working together to see every High School in their city adopted.
Why High Schools and their students?
- - 85% of those who come to Christ do so by age 18
- - High School is one gate that almost every person goes through
- - Young people are not coming to church for answers so we much go to them!
- - We will always approach the school with a posture of service, not a posture of entitlement
What does it mean to adopt a school?
ADOPT- To choose or to take as one's own.
Most basic level of adoption is when a church has committed to pray for students, faculty and staff at a school
Examples:
- Informal prayer meetings
- Weekly/Monthly prayer meetings
- Prayer walks around campus
PRAYER IS THE FOUNDATIONAL AND MOST BASIC LEVEL OF ADOPTION
We Build Bridges to Campus on a Micro and Macro Level:

What is Macro?
Macro means resources and services that build bridges and unity with school staff and administration.
We want to be seen as a RESOURCE to the school, helping them to accomplish their goals.
What is Micro?
Micro means WIN, BUILD, SEND activities that develop a student led Spiritual movement on campus
Win = Winning students to Christ
Build = Building/Discipling them in their faith
Send = Sending them to campus and into life to do work of ministry
Values:
- - Students are best missionaries to campus, NOT youth pastor
- - Students don't need to be babysat, they need to challenged
- - Student led, staff directed
