Prayer for Ministry Partners - Din Bandhu
Nitin & Ruth Sardar, along with their children Sarah, Caleb, Paul & Deborah, live in Yavatmal. Nitin directs Din Bandhu Ministries, which works among the poor and outcastes of India, bringing justice and dignity through the truth and power of the Gospel.
Pray for the Sardar family for sensitivity to the Lord's leading in ministry, the right balance between ministry and family life, good Christian friends and quality education for the children. Also, pray for the church to grow in the areas of spiritual maturity and stewardship.
Brothers Ashu & Suhas Wakode serve with Din Bandhu Ministries, bringing the Lordship of Christ into the lives of some of India's least reached and poorest people groups - spiritually, socially and economically. One way is by drilling wells. In a remote mining district, the well brought sufficient water for the entire community and opportunities to share the Gospel. Many gave their lives to the Lord, renaming their area Prabhu Yeshu Nagar, which means 'Lord Jesus Community.'
Pray for Ashu as he leads the ministry in Wardha of church planting, Bible training, a pre-school and kindergarten and a prison ministry. Pray for guidance and wisdom for Suhas and his wife Wendy and son Stephan, as they lead the Din Bandhu team in Nagpur and strive to become good parents.
